Translator
As of September 2026 · app interfaces and menu names may change
The goal isn't just to have a translation app but to stay able to act without internet. Recommendation: Google Translate with offline packs as the main solution, Baidu Translate as the Chinese alternative.
⚠ In serious situations — medical, legal, safety — don't blindly trust machine translation; also seek human help.

Typical pitfalls
| Nothing works offline | Language packs not downloaded — do it at home on Wi-Fi. |
| Translation not understandable | Use shorter sentences, simple words, ready-made phrases. |
| Camera doesn't recognise text | Get closer, hold it straight, more light. |
